• Plan a six-week summer program that provides free summer school classes, resource workshops, and college- based activities to 60+ students transitioning into their first year of college
• Manage multiple projects by leading groups such as the Registered Independent Organization, Peer Mentors, and Program Team to provide leadership activities to assist first-generation college students to strengthen a support network of 400+ HUI students, alumni, and campus resources
• Offer opportunities for students to learn more about college and HUI through high school visits, campus tours, recruitment events, and informational sessions to get students excited about their future

2018 - Present

Summer Intern, Clearway Energy Group

• Received daily presentations and mentorship from industry professionals on topics ranging from data analytics, photovoltaics, battery energy storage systems, project development, asset management, and construction
• Utilized Python to filter Excel files containing all lost energy data to determine total energy lost due to curtailment and maintenance in a year span to calculate revenue losses from Kawailoa Solar Farm
• Presented a final project proposal to build a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) to store curtailed energy to provide an extra 16,000MWh annually for Oahu to power over 32,000 homes for a month
